Valocracy
Recognition platform for contributions from the Ipê Village community, with AI-agent evaluation, peer review and on-chain registry.
Governance platform that evaluates community contributions through an AI pipeline, peer review and human ratification, with the result registered on a public blockchain.
Overview
Extension of the Ipê platform for the Ipê Village 2026 edition. Every recorded contribution goes through a three-step flow: five AI agents suggest rarity variables based on calibrated historical contributions, the community runs a review with comments per aspect, and the foundation ratifies the result. In the end, the recognition is registered on a public blockchain as a non-transferable asset tied to the participant's profile.
The problem
Non-profit communities lack a consistent, auditable way to recognize contributions. Who gets what ends up being an informal decision, with no record, no calibrated criteria and no external proof of the process.
Approach
Coordinates contribution recognition in communities organized around events or cycles. The AI pipeline uses five specialized agents, calibrated against real historical contributions. The peer-review layer accepts per-aspect comments, not just scores. The governance layer formalizes the flow from automated suggestion to reviewer adjustment to final ratification. The on-chain record gives public memory to the decision and lets multiple editions coexist separately, with the previous one frozen as history.
