The services and website referred to in this policy are operated by Deega Labs ("we"). This page describes how we handle data in the context of our website (deegalabs.com.br), our projects, and integrations with third-party platforms, including the LinkedIn API when used in our applications.

2. Data We Collect

On the website (deegalabs.com.br):

  • Data you send when contacting us (e.g. email, name, message) is used only to respond to your enquiry.
  • The site sets no cookies. It stores two keys in your browser, both required for it to work and neither sent to us: deegalabs-lang, the language you chose, and deegalabs-abertura, which keeps the intro animation from repeating in the same tab. There is no analytics, no tracking and no third-party advertising. The YouTube video, where present, is embedded from the cookie-free domain and only loads when played.

In features that use the LinkedIn API:

  • LinkedIn profile data: identifier associated with the account that authorizes access (OAuth), used only for the actions the user has authorized (e.g. publishing content to the profile).
  • Content you publish: the text (and, when applicable, link) that you or our systems send for publishing is processed only for that purpose.
  • Access tokens: stored in a controlled, secure environment, only to perform authorized actions. They are not shared with third parties or used for other purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We use this data to:

  • Provide the website service (portfolio, contact) and respond to contact requests.
  • When applicable, publish content on LinkedIn as authorized by the user through the LinkedIn API.
  • Ensure the technical operation and security of our services.

Use is based on your consent (LinkedIn OAuth authorization when applicable) and on the performance of the requested service or our legitimate interest in operating the website.

4. Sharing and Retention

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing. Data is shared only as necessary with LinkedIn (in accordance with LinkedIn's privacy policy) to perform authorized actions when we use the LinkedIn API. We retain tokens and records only for as long as necessary for the operation of the service and legal obligations.

5. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data, including storage of credentials in a secure environment and restricted access. Website traffic uses HTTPS.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable law (including GDPR and LGPD), you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data, or to object to certain processing.
