Overview
Public app installable on the phone that receives anonymous alerts from residents. Each alert is validated by an AI layer and distributed in real time on an interactive map. Those who prefer not to install the app can send their report via WhatsApp. The reporter's identity is represented by a protected digital signature, never by any personal data.
The problem
Florianópolis downtown residents lack a reliable, anonymous, real-time channel to report incidents. Existing official apps require personal sign-up, compromise privacy and offer no audit over how the data is used.
Approach
Allows incidents to be reported anonymously with automatic validation, shows the occurrence in real time on an interactive map for other residents, and offers an alternative channel via WhatsApp for those who prefer not to install the app. All code that handles citizen data is public, allowing anyone to verify the absence of tracking. The operations panel, used by whoever coordinates the community, lives in a separate private repository.
